This smartphone features a 6.78 inches LTPO AMOLED display panel, 1B colors, 144Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, and 1400 nits peak brightness. The iQOO Neo 9 renders performance with the 4nm Qualcomm SM8550-AB Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset capable of reaching a max 1×3.2 GHz cloaking speed with Adreno 740 GPU.

In terms of the software experience, the Android 14-based OriginOS 4 is integrated into the internal firmware. Not only that, the camera setup is also good, as you can record up to 8K video with gyro-EIS by the main camera. Apart from this, the camera includes a 50MP primary with OIS, an 8MP ultrawide, and a 16MP selfie port.
