Vivo launched its new budget 5G smartphone known as Vivo Y78. The smartphone equips a 6.64 inches IPS LCD display with HDR10 and 120Hz refresh rate support. Under the hood, the Vivo Y78 smartphone equips the 6nm Mediatek Dimensity 7020 chipset that will handle all of your daily activities. Moving to the software end, the phone will come with the Android 13-based OriginOS 3 UI. On the other hand, the company also makes sure the device comes in the exclusive 8GB to 12GB RAM configuration, which will club alongside the 128GB to 256GB UFS 2.2 internal storage. Aside from this, users can purchase this phone in three exciting color options, including Black, Blue, and Gold.

The battery section is powered by a 5000 mAh battery configuration with 44W fast charging. As for pricing, the Vivo Y78 costs around $200 (Rs 16,590 in India) approx. As for the camera aspect, you are getting a dual camera setup that includes a 50MP primary and a 2MP depth lens. Also, an 8MP front camera is present for clicking selfies and that can record 1080p resolution videos.

The Vivo Y78 global model has a Snapdragon 695 chipset, while the Vivo Y78 China model has a Dimensity 7020 chipset. The global model also has a curved 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, while the China model has a flat 6.64-inch LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate.
