Recently in May 2024, the Vivo company launched its new low-budget 4G smartphones known as Vivo Y18 and Vivo Y18e. Both smartphones have approximately the same specs and features. The smartphone comes with a 6.56-inch IPS LCD panel with a 90Hz refresh rate and 840 nits brightness rating. The smartphone runs on Android 14 OS with Funtouch 14 UI and it is powered by a 12nm Mediatek Helio G85 chipset. The Vivo Y18 smartphone costs around $107 (Rs 8,999 in India) approx.
The device equips a Li-Ion 5000 mAh battery with 15W wired charging and it is available in Space Black and Gem Green color variants. The difference between Vivo Y18 and Y18e is the RAM, camera, and fingerprint scanner. The Vivo Y18 smartphone offers a single 50MP primary camera, while the Vivo Y18e has a 13MP primary lens. Also in the Vivo Y18 smartphone, you get an 8MP selfie lens and in the Vivo Y18e you get a 5MP selfie lens.
