Honor Play 30 Plus

Honor Play 30 Plus Specifications

The Honor Play 30 Plus smartphone was released in December 2021 at a price of $190 (Rs 14,999 in India) approx. Because it’s a budget 5G device, the company cut corners to maintain that price. For starters, the device arrives with a 6.74-inch IPS LCD panel with a 90Hz refresh rate, which offers HD+ resolution. However, there is no information on the protection of gorilla glass. In terms of design, the phone looks elegant, while Android 11 OS supported by Magic UI 5.0 layers support decent customization. But, as usual, Google’s ecosystem support wouldn’t be there.

On the other hand, the phone offers a 7nm – MediaTek MT6833 Dimensity 700 5G chipset that renders 5G support but didn’t feature NFC related stuff. The camera end grants a 13MP primary camera that clubs along with a 2MP depth lens, while a 5MP selfie camera couples up on the screen. In terms of the battery section, the Honor Play 30 Plus equips a 5000 mAh battery that also introduces a 22.5W fast charging support. There are color variants of Black, Blue, Silver, and Gold from which you can pick anyone you like.
