At the start of May 2024, the smartphone maker company Vivo launched its new budget tier 5G smartphone called Vivo Y38. In this smartphone, you will get decent specs and features for $300 (Rs 24,999 in India) approx. Generally, the company gets a 5000 mAh battery in mid-range phones, but in Vivo Y38 the company equips a huge 6000 mAh battery. Also, the smartphone has 44W wired charging support, while there’s no reverse or wireless charging support. Additionally, the back side has an LED round light that sparks when the phone receives any notification.

The smartphone has a 50MP rear camera, an 8MP selfie camera, 8GB RAM, and 256GB storage. You can expand the memory with the help of a microSDXC card slot. The Vivo Y38 smartphone runs on the Andriod 14 OS with a Funtouch 14 user interface. The mid-range 5G smartphone has a 4nm Qualcomm SM4450 Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset with a 2×2.2GHz cloaking speed. Regarding the display, the smartphone offers a 6.68 inch IPS LCD panel that supports 120Hz refresh rate and 1000 nits brightness. Not to forget, the company also provides an IP64 rating for dust and water resistance. You can purchase this phone in Ocean Blue and Dark Green color variants.
