As for software layering, the latest Android 13 OS runs on the Google Pixel 7 Pro. For robust performance, the Pixel 7 Pro holds a 5nm Google Tensor G2 SoC, while the Xperia 5 IV comes with a 4nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset. Besides this, a 4nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC is present on the Xiaomi 12T Pro smartphone. As for internals, you will receive multiple RAM and internal storage variants on the Pixel 7 Pro and Xiaomi 12T Pro with no SD card slot support, while the Xperia 5 IV is available in two storage options with a Shared SIM slot.

As for photography, the Xiaomi 12T Pro equips a 200MP primary lens, whereas the Pixel 7 Pro gives tough competition with a true 50MP lens setup. Unfortunately, the Sony Xperia 5 IV has a 12MP triple-rear camera. The Google Pixel 7 Pro and Xperia 5 IV can record 4K videos at 60fps with gyro-EIS support, while the Xiaomi 12T Pro can record 8K videos at 24fps without any stabilization support.

For video calls, you will receive a 10.8MP lens on the Pixel 7 Pro, a 12MP lens on the Xperia 5 IV, and a 20MP selfie lens on the Xiaomi 12T Pro. Additionally, you will receive audio jack support on the Xperia 5 IV but missing on the remaining devices. Furthermore, you will receive decent battery capacity on all three devices, while for refueling you get 23W fast charging and 23W fast wireless charging on the Pixel 7 Pro. On the other hand, the Xiaomi 12T Pro comes with 120W fast charging support. As for color options, all these devices are available in three colors.
