ZTE Axon 11 and Axon 11 5G Review

Highlights

  1. They feature a Super AMOLED screen that offers a Full HD+ resolution panel
  2. In addition, the company packs a quad-camera setup on both devices, but you will have a better setup on the 5G variants
  3. In terms of battery, a Li-Po 4000 mAh battery is supplied along with an 18 W fast charging stand
  4. As for the difference, it is a non-5G option accompanied by the Helio P70 chipset, and the 5G model comes with the Snapdragon 765 chipset
  5. The starting price for Axon 11 is $ 345 (25,499 INR), and the Axon 11 5G costs around $ 430 (approximately 30,990 INR)

Design and Display

Both ZTE Axon 11 and Axon 11 5G devices combine the same ceramic design and are shiny in their body structure with a quad-camera setup that looks fabulous and elegant at first glance. The simple yet silky layout gives the phones additional texture.

An AMOLED panel with FULL HD+ resolution of 6.47 inches screen with a fingerprint reader on display and a decent amount of pixel density, which provides a fascinating view and includes the setting of moderate brightness nits. Although there is no word on Corning glass and IP certification which is a little disappointed with this price range of phones.

Memory and Internal

In terms of performance, there is no doubt that the Axon 11 5G is superior because this device features the king of the Snapdragon 765G chipset integrated with 5G connectivity. It also offers several other settings to enhance videos and images at the software level.

On the other hand, the ZTE Axon 11 has the Helio P70 SoC on its board with low-performance statistics. In addition, the difference in octa-core processing between them is vast. At the same time, they run on Android 10 with MiFavor 10 UI layers.

A pair of 6GB of RAM with 128 GB of storage on Axon 11 and Axon 11 5g contains three variants, it has the same basic variant as its younger brother, while the other two have 8 GB of RAM in 128/256 GB of storage. In addition, you can add more space, but use a shared SIM slot.

Camera

The Axon 11 includes the standard configuration of 48 MP main camera, 8 MP ultrawide with a combination of two 2 MP macro and depth lens on its four camera plate. The Axon 11 5G receives a 64 MP primary camera while the rest is the same. They combine 20 MP selfie ports and render 4K video recording with giro-EIS settings.

Battery and Others

The 4000 mAh battery powers the phone via the 18 W quick charge block that guarantees full battery charge in almost two hours and uses a Type-C port. But, the Quick Charge 4+ add-on comes only on the Axon 11 5G.

On the other hand, the first line level sensor is placed on the phone’s motherboard and generates a more convenient output from the input devices. In addition, it has advanced support for GPS, WI-FI, and Bluetooth that looks good on paper and in reality.
