WhatsApp Launches New Features called Fact Checking Service

WhatsApp Web with new voice calling feature – After falling into the contradiction about data sharing with Facebook, WhatsApp is constantly rolling out some new features so far. Recently, another new feature has been added for Windows and MAC users. Last December, the company started sharing its voice and video calling feature only to selected users.

Now, it is possible for everyone to make a voice call from the desktop. They shared a press confirmation through which they confirmed the new feature. According to the official statement, the voice call on a larger screen facilitates conversation to work with colleagues, see the happiness of your family and even warm up inside the room while talking.

The company explained its ease of operation with portrait and landscape mode. It works with a standalone window where you don’t have to worry about losing your video chats in the middle of so many browsers or open windows. It will always be at the top of your desktop.

The company added more to the statement, saying that voice and video calls work with the encryption method. You don’t lose your private chats, whether you’re using a desktop or mobile device, because security and privacy remain the same.

Users can now make one-to-one voice calls via Windows or Mac machines. The company, known for its reliable and high-quality experience, said that group voice and video calls will also be expanded soon.

There was a big increase in voice and video calls. WhatsApp noted record voice and video calls with more than 1.4 billion in a single day from its users on New Year’s Eve.

The company launched another new feature – face unlock and fingerprint when linking devices to your WhatsApp on the web in January. They said the new feature takes security to a new level. It is safe to link your WhatsApp account to your desktop. Users can link their devices via fingerprint or face identification. The Facebook-owned company has more to launch in the future.
