Honor smartphone brand to return in India

Honor, the former sub-brand of Huawei, is making a comeback in India with a new partner

The company has announced a collaboration with PSAV Global, a local firm with a network of over 5,000 retailers and distributors in more than 100 cities

The partnership will also see PSAV provide Honor with marketing, services, and distribution solutions

Honor is expected to launch its new Honor 90 series smartphones in India in September

The Honor 90 series will feature Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 and Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processors, 200MP main cameras, and 5,000mAh batteries

The company will also offer its Honor MagicBook X laptops, which come with Windows 11, Intel 12th Gen core processors, and eye comfort mode

Honor claims that its products will deliver excellence at first sight and cater to the needs of young and tech-savvy consumers

Honor says that it is aligned with the government’s vision to make India a manufacturing hub and a driving force for innovation

The company also promises to provide regular software updates and security patches for its devices

Honor hopes to regain its market share and customer trust in India with its new strategy and partner
