Vivo X300 Specifications
The Vivo X300 was announced in October 2025. Vivo released the phone as a flagship device with a premium glass-and-aluminum alloy build. First of all, it features a compact 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED display that is exceptionally bright, reaching up to 4500 nits with advanced eye comfort technology. The screen also offers a 120Hz refresh rate and is protected by reinforced glass with Mohs level 4 hardness. The device is built to withstand tough conditions with its IP68/IP69 rating for dust and high-pressure water resistance. It supports multiple SIM configurations, including eSIM for international models, providing great flexibility for travelers.
Powered by the 3nm MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, the Vivo X300 uses an octa-core CPU. Graphics are handled by the Arm G1-Ultra GPU, ensuring excellent performance for gaming and multitasking. Alongside this, the phone offers extensive memory options ranging from 256GB with 12GB RAM up to a massive 1TB with 16GB RAM, all using fast UFS 4.1 storage. It runs Android 16 with OriginOS 6 and supports up to five major Android upgrades. It has a triple rear camera setup, a 200MP main sensor, a 50MP 3x periscope telephoto, and a 50MP ultrawide lens, all supported by Zeiss optics and capable of 4K@120fps HDR recording.
The Vivo X300 is powered by a 6040mAh Si/C battery (5360mAh in the EU) with 90W wired charging, 40W wireless charging, and reverse wired charging support. For connectivity, it features the latest Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4 standards, along with comprehensive global positioning systems and an infrared port. Security is handled by an advanced under-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. It is available in Phantom Black, Mist Blue, Summit Red, Iris Purple, and Halo Pink. After combining all of those factors, the device comes out as a decent flagship phone at a competitive price point of approximately $619 (Rs. 54,999 in India).
