Vivo X200s

Vivo X200s Specifications

The Vivo X200s was unveiled in April 2025 as a decent mid-range smartphone. It attains a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 5000 nits peak brightness, and ultra-HDR support. With this, the user will get a perfect viewing experience, especially outdoors. As for additional protection, the device is IP68/IP69 dust-tight and water-resistant. But it’s unclear whether it has screen protection. Under the hood, the X200s got a 3nm MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset with a 12GB/16GB paired with 256GB/512GB/1TB UFS 4.1 storage.

As for the camera section, you can expect impressive photos and videos with the Zeiss T-lens coating triple camera. The camera module includes a 50MP main sensor with OIS, a 50MP 3x optical zoom periscope telephoto, and a 50MP 119° ultrawide lens. Plus, there’s a standard 32MP ultra-wide lens as a selfie lens for capturing decent images. On the other hand, both rear and selfie cameras offer 4k@30/60fps videos, except the rear sensor offers gyro-EIS only. Aside from this, the Vivo X200s also provides panorama, HDR, and 3D LUT import modes.

In terms of sensors, the phone arrives with stereo speakers, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, an Infrared port, and many more perks. The battery section offers a colossal-size Si/C Li-Ion 6200 mAh battery, which can be charged through a 90W wired and a 40W wireless charger. Alongside this, reverse wired charging is also available. If you like fancy color options, check out Gray, Silver, Mint, and Purple of Vivo X200s at a starting price of $589 (Rs. 49,999 in India), approx.
