Vivo X200 Ultra Specifications
The Vivo X-series added a new member known as the Vivo X200 Ultra. It was released at the end of April 2025 with a surprising combination of flagship camera features and top-end specs. The camera department is the core highlight, as it features a 50MP main sensor with gimbal OIS, a 200MP prescopic telephoto with macro and 3.7X optical zoom, and a 50MP 116-degree view ultrawide lens. All of these are Zeiss lenses that bring optical image stabilization, Zeiss T lens coating, color spectrum sensors, panorama, HDR, 3D LUT import, and many other features. In terms of video recording, recording 8K@30fps won’t be a hassle. At the same time, the video also supports gyro-EIS, Dolby Vision HDR, 10-bit Log, and HDR10+.
You can also add a 200mm zoom lens accessory to get more details (should be purchased externally). As far as a 50MP selfie camera is concerned, it will provide high-quality photos and 4K@30/60fps videos. However, proper video stabilization support is missing here. On the other hand, Vivo X200 Ultra has a tall 6.82-inch LTPO AMOLED display that grants FHD+ resolution. In addition to that, you will obtain a 120Hz refresh rate, Dolby Vision, HDR Vivid, and 4500 nits brightness. All of this translated into a great screen viewing experience. An Armor Glass Protection and IP69/IP68 dust-tight and water-resistant rating appears on this phone.
The performance section is handled through the flagship level 3nm – Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. This chipset can push the CPU limits up to 2×4.32 clock speed, whereas X200 ultra is paired with 12GB to 16GB RAM with 256GB to 1TB UFS 4.1 storage. It has stereo speakers with Hi-Res audio support, latest Wi-Fi 6/7 with dual band, Bluetooth 5.4, newest GPS, Infrared port, and NFC cashless payment perks.
For security and privacy, the Vivo X200 Ultra has an in-display fingerprint scanner and ultrasonic face ID protection. You can also rely on the Emergency SOS features (limited to the 16GB/1TB variant). A massive Si/C Li-lon 6000 mAh battery will grant a long-lasting screen time, while it can be charged up to 90W wired and a 40W wireless charger. It’s also possible to reverse wired and wireless charging on this phone. Last but not least, the Vivo X200 Ultra offers Black, Red, and Silver at an expected price tag of $890 (Rs. 75,999 in India).
