The Vivo X100s is the base variant of the X100s series that comes with flagship-level specs and features. The phone costs around $550 (Rs 45,990 in India) approx and it is available in Titanium, White, Grey, and Green color variants. The Vivo X100s has a Li-Ion 5100 mAh high-capacity battery, so it can last 1–2 days easily. The smartphone supports 100W wired fast charging support and it can fully charge the smartphone in just about 25 minutes.

Vivo has equipped the Vivo X100s with the Mediatek Dimensity 9300+ 5G chipset, capable of delivering up to 1×3.4 GHz clock speeds. As for the software, the device is running on Android 14 with the OriginOS 4 user interface for better customization support. The smartphone can be purchased for RAM and storage with up to 12GB/16GB of RAM and 256GB/1TB of storage. Not to forget, the phone also has dust and water resistance, but there’s no screen protection available.

Speaking of the display, you get a 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED display with 120Hz high refresh rate support. The screen can get extremely bright 3000 nits under direct sunlight, which allows for a great experience using the smartphone outdoors. The Vivo X100s has a 50MP triple rear-camera system. A 50MP primary lens with OIS, a 64MP periscope telephoto with OIS and 3x optical zoom, and a 50MP ultrawide lens are present on this phone. The rear camera can record 4K videos, while the 32MP ultrawide selfie camera can record only 1080p videos.
