The Vivo T5 is built like a tank. Announced and released on May 29, 2026, this phone measures 166.6 x 78.4 x 8.4 mm and weighs 219 grams, so it has a solid, substantial feel in your hand. It comes with a glass front, a plastic frame, and a plastic back. What makes it truly special for an affordable device is its ruggedness it has an IP68/IP69 rating, meaning it is completely dust-tight and can survive being submerged in 1.5 meters of water for 30 minutes, plus withstand high-pressure water jets. It also meets MIL-STD-810H military standards for durability. The front features a large 6.75-inch IPS LCD screen with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate and a very bright 1250 nits (High Brightness Mode), making it easy to see outdoors.
