Transfer Photos from iCloud to Google

There is a document that describes the process. You need to log in to privacy.apple.com and from there you have to click on “Transfer a copy of your data”. This will automatically transfer your files to the destination.

The company says that the transfer takes between 3 to 7 days. You may encounter some problems with it. Some of the files may not be transferred correctly. If your files like shared albums, smart albums, live photos, photo stream content are not in your iCloud Photo Library, then there should be no positive expectations on your part, as this will not work.

Live Photos is a matter of particular concern. The iPhone gadgets capture Live Photos naturally. The company does not make it clear whether the entire image will be abandoned or simply the cut of the video that encompasses it.

The company added that nothing will be removed from the iCloud Photo Library. The system will make a copy of it. If you want to delete any of the files, you can do it manually. It is easier for any user to get used to this feature.

Please note that the feature is currently available in Australia, Canada, the USA, Iceland, New Zealand, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. There is no mention of whether this feature will be available to the rest of the world or not.

It is now easier to transform your files from Apple to Android without resending and without obstacles. So your media will also be stored in your favorite Google photos.
