In August 2024, the Tecno company launched its new low-budget 4G phone known as Tecno Spark Go 1. The phone, also known as Tecno Pop 9, equips a 6.67-inch IPS LCD panel with 120Hz refresh rate and 720 x 1600 pixels resolution. 12 nm Unisoc T615 processor powers the Phone and runs on Android 14 (Go edition) OS with HIOS 14 user interface. The Tecno Spark Go 1 smartphone offers 3GB to 4GB RAM with 64GB to 128GB eMMC 5.1 internal storage with a microSDXC card slot.

The phone also has an IP54, dust and splash resistance, and costs around $95 (Rs 7,999 in India) approx. As for the battery life, the phone has a 5000 mAh battery with 15W wired charging support. The Tecno Spark Go 1 phone is available in Startrail Black and Glittery White colors. For clicking pictures or selfies, the phone has a single 13MP rear camera and an 8MP selfie lens on the front.
