Samsung Galaxy M16 Specifications
Samsung Galaxy M16 launched in March 2025 as a budget-friendly 5G phone. It offers a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display featuring a 90Hz refresh rate and 800 nits brightness. Through this, you can make it ideal for media consumption. The software layering of Android 15 with One UI 7 ensures six years of Android updates. Under the hood, the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset provides decent performance for everyday tasks. As for the camera setup, the triple-camera setup (50MP main + 5MP ultrawide + 2MP macro) offers impressive photos. Moreover, the video recording goes up to 1080p@30fps. A 13MP selfie lens appears on the front display with the same video recording abilities.
On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy M16 brings a large 5000mAh battery, which ensures long-lasting screen time. It supports up to 25W fast charging, while there’s no charger inside the box. As for the additional perks, it includes IP56 certification and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. But sadly, it lacks a 3.5 mm jack port, and the USB 2.0 speed is quite slow. Hopefully, the Samsung Galaxy will be available in Thunder Black, Mint Green, and Blush Pink at $134 (Rs. 11,499) as a starting variant. The higher variant will cost around $152 (Rs. 12,999) for 6/128GB and $175 (Rs. 14,999) for the 8/128GB model.
