Design and Display

The glossy two-tone finish on the back of the Samsung Galaxy M12 is attractive, but the material used is plastic. The phone is quite bulky for its first appearance, which was expected, as it has a huge battery.

The fingerprint sensor is in a much better position on the side. Now, going to the screen, it has a notch in the shape of a water drop or infinite-U screen, as Samsung calls it, and a slightly thicker, but manageable chin. The 6.7 inches PLS TFT panel offers a very low HD resolution, so the content that we will be watching will not be as clear.

Memory and Internal

Proceeding towards the internals, the Samsung Galaxy M12 reportedly comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 460 processor, which will be based on an Octa-core CPU. Now, talking about the software, the latest Android 11 operating system hopes to arrive with a clean OneUI interface, but Android 10 will arrive inside the phone for sure. Overall, it will offer decent performance, but you can’t expect a high-end gaming experience because of the Adreno 610 chipset. Two nano-sim slots will be offered, along with a dedicated SD slot for expanding memory.


Samsung Galaxy M12 provided an excellent camera setup considering the price.
