Design and Display
The design of the Realme C35 is the highlight of the phone here. It looks absolutely gorgeous. Compare this smartphone with other phones that cost much more and the design of this smartphone still holds its own. The back and the sides are flat and it looks stunning, especially the Glowing Green color. It seems as if the color green was made for this smartphone and sets the phone apart from the rest of the competition. Even the camera module on the back looks nice and is true to modern design. Besides Glowing Green, the phone is available in Glowing Black color.
As for the display, the phone has a 6.6 inches IPS LCD display with 600 nits of brightness when it’s under direct sunlight. This makes the display perfectly readable when you are out of home and under direct sunlight. The Full HD+ resolution is a rare sight in this price range and gives this phone quite the advantage over its competitors.
Memory and Internal
The Realme C35 is powered by the 12nm Unisoc Tiger T616 SoC which goes up to a max of 2GHz clocking speed. The inclusion of the 2x powerful A75 cores gives this smartphone a much-needed boost to run apps and games smoothly and without any hiccups. Realme loaded this phone with 3 memory configurations- 4GB RAM with 64GB/128GB internal storage and 6GB RAM with 64GB internal storage.
As for GPU, the phone features the Mali G57MP1 which should be enough to run games such as BGMI, CODm, and so on at lower settings. You can’t expect to play demanding games with high graphics at this price range. It’s simply not feasible, but if you don’t mind lowering the graphics quality a bit, games like CODm and others should run fine. The phone renders the Android 11 OS with the Realme UI 2.0 user interface, which should provide a smoother user experience. The phone has some bloatware that comes pre-installed with the phone. Fortunately, you can remove most of the bloatware.
Camera
The camera in the back of the Realme C35 features a triple-camera system, but the other two sensors 2MP macro and 0.3MP depth is not worth talking about. After all, a real triple-camera system is not feasible at this price range. But the main 50MP sensor is quite good and the sensor can take some decent enough pictures with vibrant colors. The Image Signal Processor of the Unisoc T616 SoC is actually capable of processing all the data to capture a unique shot.
The detail levels are quite good during the daytime but at night, details can be less in some settings. It’s not in every shot but just in some particular shots, the detail level at night can be a bit lower. But with good lighting conditions, the pictures turn out just fine and even the human subjects are perfectly captured.
The 8MP selfie camera is also somewhat decent and can take pictures with decent detail level and colors. The skin tone and the facial details also look fine. For video recording, the phone manages to shoot up to 1080p@30FPS from the back camera, while the selfie camera maxes out at 720p at 30fps.
Battery and Others
The Li-Po 5000mAh Li-Po battery inside the Realme C35 should easily last for around 2 days. The capacity of the battery is quite larger and so the phone can run on battery for a long period. Chances are that it will be quite the upgrade over your previous smartphone. The phone comes with an 18W fast charger included in the box, but it’s a large battery and so it can still take around 90 minutes to fully charge the battery.
Apart from that, Realme C35 also comes with dual-band Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for biometric authentication. The phone is already on sale, and the price starts at $190 (Rs 13,500 in India) approx for the base variant.

Conclusion
If your priority is to buy a smartphone with a big display, powerful enough processor, and a bigger battery with a decent enough camera at a low price, then the Realme C35 smartphone is an excellent option. So if you are happy with the specs you are getting then you may choose this smartphone. Everything seems decent about the C35 phone but there are a few better options available in the market at the same price range.
The Realme C35 phone does have some disadvantages such as without 5G support, default refresh rate, and no ultra-wide camera. So, if you want an ultra-wide camera and a higher refresh rate display, then you may look at some alternatives such as the Realme Narzo 50 smartphone.
