Design and Display
The Oppo Find N2 comes with three sleek design layout that grants premium material in the back panel. The black and green shade options come with an eco-leather back that appears more tempting and appealing, while at the same time, you will obtain a glass body on the White shade options. Each of them offers an aluminum frame that will look pretty good while holding it.
The branding of the Find N2 on the foldable frame also looks remarkable and it showcases the class. Besides this, the front display is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus protection. Furthermore, the device is not that heavy and pretty slim when you unfold the whole screen. The compact build makes the usage simple for the users, while the fingerprint scanner is present on the power button.
Apart from this, the cover 5.54 inches AMOLED panel grants an immersive viewing experience with 120Hz refresh support with decent brightness support. As for the foldable LTPO AMOLED 7.1-inch display, you are getting better resolution, smooth touch responses, better HDR support, higher brightness nits, and many more thing. Overall, the display comes with numerous functions that will allow users to push the limits.
Memory and Internal
The performance aspect is one of the key selling points for the Oppo Find N2 as you are getting the top-tier 4nm Qualcomm SM8475 Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset that will enhance the processing power to a whole new level. In general, you can expect that the phone will deliver up to 1×3.0GHz closing speed for the regular task. Even if you are multitasking various things at once, you won’t face any trouble as the device will render complete control over the system.
Besides this, the interface makes everything easier for the users as the foldable screen can perform numerous multitasking with the upgraded ColorOS 13 based on Android 13. Moreover, there are various elements that the users can tweak and change the overall appearance of the UI using the settings menu. Furthermore, the gameplay sessions are not that bad either since the company added proper cooling layering to avoid overheating issues.
Plus, the graphics and visual aspects are looking pretty great, even if you are playing high-end games at the highest resolution and graphic settings. Although, you won’t able to play for long hours. Anyway, it’s good to see that the company offers a 256GB to 512GB internal space based on the UFS 3.1 that will be accompanied by a 12GB to 16GB RAM subsequently. But as usual, there’s no sign of a microSD slot in the SIM tray.
Camera
The flagship level camera will appear on the Oppo Find N2 as the company got a good set of triple camera setup under the hood. It includes a 50MP primary lens that will render multi-directional focus with optical image stabilization to enhance the overall photography experience. Besides this, you will obtain crisp details with the different modes of the native camera app, the natural colors can further boost with the AI software end.
Moving to the secondary camera setup, you are getting an amazing 32MP telephoto lens that will handle the zooming ability with proper pixel details in each shoot and offers 2x optical zoom. Furthermore, there’s a 48MP ultra-wide lens that will handle the dynamic range and grant immersive results. Aside from this, there are two 32MP selfie cameras on this foldable phone. The first one appears inside the foldable screen, and the second one is present on the cover screen.
Both of them provide almost identical results with robust contrast and color details that make this phone a good option as a camera phone. Not to forget, you are getting Hasselblad color calibration with various other perks inside the camera app from which you can easily push the photo results quality automatically as well as manually. Last but not least, you can record up to 4K videos with decent video stabilization support, while selfies can record up to 1080p.
Battery and Others
The battery end of the Oppo Find N2 is slightly underwhelming as you are only getting a Li-Po 4520 mAh battery configuration. But still, it’s far better than other foldable phones where the maximum 4000 mAh cells are the basic limit. Hopefully, you can expect more than five hours’ worth of screen time in regular conditions, while in extreme usage, you can extract up to four hours of screen time.
Long story short, the phone is compatible with normal to extreme tasks, while the charging speed of the 67W wired charger will only need less than 45 minutes to refuel the battery percentage from flat to 100%. Plus, the sound output is worth noting with the stereo speakers and Dolby support. Lastly, the Oppo Find N2 is priced at $999 (Rs 90,990 in India) approx, which is an overkill deal.

Conclusion
The second-generation Oppo Find foldable phones have managed to overcome the shortcomings of the first generation, which makes that a much better deal in the first place. The same goes for the Oppo Find N2 as it can deliver a pretty decent size display with more camera options to tweak, and various custom features. Not to forget, it’s quite lightweight compared to other foldable phones with better performance and camera.
But, a little bit of speedy charger or wireless charging won’t hurt the feelings. It’s just a few nitpicking; even then, it’s a dealbreaker for many users. Anyway, the phone is not going on the international market yet (at the time we are reviewing the phone). However, let’s hope that we see the third generation phones on the global stage. As for alternative options, you can consider Xiaomi Mix Fold 2 for better specs but it will cost a little more.
