The 5G smartphone has a triple-rear camera including a 50MP primary with OIS support, a 50MP periscope telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, and a 50MP ultrawide lens. OnePlus 13 has equipped the OnePlus with the Qualcomm SM8750-AB Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, capable of delivering up to 2×4.32 GHz clock speeds.

As for the software, the device is running on the latest Android 15 with the OxygenOS 15 user interface for international variants and ColorOS 15 for China variants.
