The Motorola Razr 50 is powered by the 4nm Mediatek Dimensity 7300X chipset with a clock speed of up to 4×2.5GHz. Besides this, the smartphone comes with the Android 14 OS and offers 8GB to 12GB RAM with 256GB to 512GB UFS 2.2 internal storage.

The Motorola Razr 50 smartphone also has two displays as part of a foldable phone design.
