As it has such a low price, there may be some limitations, as expected.
The phone is built around a decent screen, with Android 11 and a good dual camera. There are many limitations that distract us. We’ll know everything about the phone in this article. Let’s start with a detailed review of the Motorola Moto E20 smartphone.

Motorola Moto E20 Review
Highlights
- With a 6.5 inches IPS LCD screen, you can expect a decent deal.
- Android 11 (Go Edition) proves to be a nice addition.
- The presence of a basic Unisoc T606 chipset leaves you disappointed.
- It comes with a dual-camera where there is a 13 MP primary sensor.
- Even the presence of a Li-Po 4000 mAh battery distracts you from choosing this model.
Design and Display
It comes with a very simple layout that is not attractive between the two color variants, Blue and Gray, you might like the former one. With a plastic frame, the back panel looks a bit unique with the pattern types. It has a rounded corner and holding the phone can be a little more comfortable. A dual camera is built beautifully along with an LED flash. Also, you will get the fingerprint sensor on the back panel. On the back, there is a brand logo that highlights the beauty of the brand.
On the front, you have a 6.5 inches IPS screen that has proven to be a valuable choice in a low-budget section. You’ll miss out on some of this phone’s notable features, like refresh rate and adequate brightness. You’ll have to face it. Motion blur and adjust the brightness. Although there is a resolution of 720p, the density of 270 PPI is not enough to provide good quality visuals. If you are expecting at least a decent visual impression then you may be on the wrong track.
Just because there’s a water-repellent coating, your phone is safe. There is no Gorilla glass as per company information. What is interesting is its weight which is 184g where the thickness is 8.5mm. In a low-budget section, this is a far less standard phone compared to its alternatives. If you get more advanced features on another phone.
Memory and Internal
This section is also a shocking part as it confirms that this phone is not for everyone. Undoubtedly, the presence of the Android 11 (Go Edition) operating system improves the performance level. Without a standard custom interface, it’s difficult to configure your phone while you order. You are more inclined to face some bloatware. Even if it’s not worth it for you, the next part will distract you from choosing this phone.
The growing demand for faster performance doesn’t allow this phone to be favorable for gamers or smartphone addicts. It comes with a basic Unisoc T606 chipset that runs at unexpectedly low standards. The Octa-core processor doesn’t give you better performance either. It only offers 1.6 GHz of maximum clock speed. While the brand has launched a phone with an attractive price tag, it doesn’t have the ability to compete with the alternatives. But above all, the Mali-G57 MC2 graphics unit becomes less standard with at least one good enough addition.
It would be better if the storage had more capacity. The phone comes in just a 2GB RAM and 32GB storage variant. In fact, the phone is already full of such apps, you won’t be able to download them anymore. Therefore, you will always be concerned about getting stuck. Fortunately, you can expand storage via the microSD card but it is a shared SIM slot.
Camera
In terms of the camera, there is a dual-sensor with a 13 MP primary. Includes autofocus mode so you can expect some valuable photos that are good for social media. There’s no room to experiment as you do on other phones. What sets it apart is the 2 MP macro camera. This is a nice addition, but this feature is also available on other devices. However, you can capture some better close-ups, the macro camera is useful in this situation.
There is not adequate clarity or detail in your image. Also, night mode does not allow you to take better-quality pictures. You will have to face the darkness or the grain. In fact, daylight does not provide a better result. You will have to work hard to get a stabilized image because there are no OIS installations.
On the other hand, you will be limited to the 5 MP selfie camera. This is another less standard feature today. Where there’s a craze for smartphone cameras, you’re way behind the game. Make sure you get photos that are noisy and not too sharp. Although you can record videos in full 1080p from both cameras, there is no guarantee of getting quality videos to make them cinematic. Also, there is no gyro-EIS feature.
Battery and Others
It’s difficult to get a full day’s worth of power with a Li-Po 4000 mAh battery. Users who use their phones all the time will not prefer this battery capacity. This is also not a worthy feature but according to price, it is acceptable. As there are many phones coming with a better battery capacity. In fact, the normal 10W charger takes more than 2 hours to charge the battery. The expected price of the Motorola E20 is $120 (Rs 8,999) but global availability is unclear.
