Design and Display
The design of the Infinix Zero Flip is fantastic with a glass and metal sandwich design, which not only looks premium but also feels great in hand. This foldable phone folds in the middle vertically, which makes the phone more compact and easy to carry in pockets. It can be unfolded to get back to the traditional phone form factor.
The lower half of the rear side is made of glass while the top half consists of the cover display that you can use to interact with the phone when it is folded. The side frame and the folding hinge are made of Aluminum. Overall, the phone is well-designed and is quite solid but there’s no protection against dust or water.
The Infinix Zero Flip is available in Rock Black and Blossom Glow colors. As for the displays, there’s a 6.9-inch LTPO AMOLED screen for the main foldable display and a 3.64-inch AMOLED display for the cover display. Both displays have support for up to 120Hz refresh rate for smoother operations, and they can also get decently bright when using the phone outdoors. The quality of both displays is quite good and features accurate colors, so watching content on the screen will be a pleasure. Also, the cover screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2.
Memory and Internal
The Infinix Zero Flip features the MediaTek Dimensity 8020 5G chipset, which is capable of reaching a clock speed of 4×2.6 GHz. It has the raw performance to run all modern apps and games smoothly, including Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, Messenger, and more.
Speaking of games, the Mali-G77 MC9 GPU can comfortably run games such as Summoners War, PUBG Mobile, and CODm at high graphical fidelity. The Infinix Zero Flip supports 5G connectivity, so enjoy gigabit-level download speeds and low latency during multiplayer gaming sessions.
When it comes to RAM and storage, this foldable smartphone is available in 8GB+256GB RAM and storage and 8GB+512GB RAM and storage. When it comes to the OS, the Infinix Zero Flip is running on Android 14 with an XOS 14.5 user interface for better customization support. Infinix has also promised two years of Android upgrades.
Camera
The Infinix Zero Flip is equipped with a 50MP dual rear camera system. The main rear camera with a 50MP sensor captures some great pictures with high dynamic range, natural colors, and fantastic detail levels. The picture quality certainly exceeded our expectations but it is still not comparable to the likes of Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 or other Samsung phones. However, that is completely acceptable considering the price of Infinix Zero Flip.
The secondary ultra-wide camera with a 50MP sensor also captures some impressive shots with a wider field of view than the main camera but little to no difference in picture quality or colors. On the front, there’s a selfie camera, which also consists of a 50MP sensor. It can take some great selfies with a good amount of detail and natural colors.
Even the skin tone is captured properly by the selfie camera and looks quite perfect. As for video recording, the Infinix Zero Flip can shoot at a maximum of 4K@30FPS from the rear cameras, while the selfie cameras can go up to 4K@60FPS. The rear camera also has support for OIS for better video stability when recording.
Battery and Others
The Infinix Zero Flip has a 4720mAh non-removable battery, so it can deliver a battery life of 1 – 2 days easily with lighter usage. This level of battery life is totally possible if your usage includes a camera, social media, texting, and similar. However, if you play a lot of games, then the battery will drain faster and may not even last a full day.
As for charging, this smartphone supports the 70W wired fast charger, which can fully charge the smartphone in under 30 minutes. Apart from that, the phone also has Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, NFC, GPS, stereo speakers, and a USB Type C port for charging. The price of the Infinix Zero Flip starts at $608 (Rs 50,990 in India) approx.

Conclusion
The Infinix Zero Flip is a decent foldable phone considering its price point. Infinix’s goal was to bring a decent foldable phone to the masses at a budget price tag since all other foldable phones launched at higher prices. Infinix knew how hard it would be to sell an overpriced foldable phone in markets like Asia, Africa, Latin America, and others, so the company decided to play on its strength, which is delivering a value-for-money device.
For the price you pay, you get a premium experience in every aspect of the phone, whether that’s the design, display, processor, camera, battery or even charging. It doesn’t have the flagship chipset but has quality chipset and components, and you will find nothing major to complain about. Most users will be pleased with this foldable phone. It even has 5G connectivity.
Considering everything it has to offer, the pricing is quite decent and makes it more easy for people to buy this foldable phone. The closest alternative phone to this would be the Motorola Razr 50 ultra but it comes with a higher price without offering a substantial improvement over the Infinix Zero Flip. There are improvements in some areas but regressions in others. However, the final decision is up to you, so it is better to choose a smartphone based on your requirements and needs.
