They are only available in China for the moment but will soon go on sale globally like other Honor phones. Both smartphones come with flagship specs inside compared, including the fastest 5G connectivity.
The two phones also feature a design that looks eerily similar to its predecessor. The only thing that’s different in the design is the camera module, which looks a bit different. However, Honor believes the upgraded internal components will be enough to attract Gen-Z users. Both phones have the same 50MP primary camera, which can take fantastic pictures with detail levels that exceed our expectations. The primary camera of the two phones is seriously impressive and can compete with the Samsung Galaxy 24 Ultra or the iPhone 16 Pro Max. The pictures also have accurate color tones, high dynamic range, and great white balance.
The ultra-wide camera has a 50MP sensor, which is also capable of capturing some great pictures with a 122° field of view. Honor Magic 7 and 7 Pro are two fantastic phones. They deliver everything a flagship phone should and then some more. Whether it’s the build quality, display, chipset, camera, battery, or charging speed, they are all excellent. They also have the fastest Android chipset in the world, so you can run some of the most graphically demanding games at high framerates.
The camera performance is exceptional and punches above its price class. Even the battery and charging capabilities are quite good. They are both excellent phones and considering the price they launched, we can easily recommend them. The difference between the Honor Magic 7 and Honor Magic 7 Pro is that the latter has a slightly larger display, a better telephoto camera, and a larger battery.
The only decent alternatives to these two phones are Xiaomi 15 and 15 Pro. They have similar specs and their prices are also quite similar. However, the final decision is up to you, so it is better to choose a smartphone based on your requirements and needs.
