It offers a sleek design with 45mm or 41mm case and a lightweight build of 37g or 31g, depending on the variant. Furthermore, the watch features an aluminum frame with Gorilla Glass 5 protection on the front. Besides this, you will also have a robust IP68 rating and 5ATM water resistance, which makes it suitable for swimming and daily wear. It will be available in Matte Black, Polished Silver, Champagne Gold, and Satin Moonstone, giving users multiple stylish options to choose from.
The centerpiece is a 1.4-inch LTPO AMOLED display with 456 × 456 resolution (~320 ppi) and up to 3000 nits peak brightness, ensuring clear visibility even in direct sunlight. On the other hand, the 41mm model has a 1.2-inch display with 408 x 408 pixels resolution. The software grants a smooth performance with Android Wear OS 6. Health and safety are also a major focus for Google, and they have added a comprehensive sensor suite. The suite includes ECG, heart rate monitoring, SpO2, skin temperature, skin conductance, accelerometer, gyro, altimeter, and compass. The 4G models also gain a crucial Satellite SOS service for emergencies outside cellular range. Additionally, Ultra Wideband (UWB) support is included.
