Google Pay

Google Pay is updated with an elegant dark mode theme – Google Pay India rocked the market with the most transactions after PhonePe in recent months. From mobile top-ups to bill payments, there’s nothing Google Pay can’t offer today. Excluding regular services, many interesting rewards and offers end up being fascinating for new users.

Google Pay Dark Mode

Because it is a rising star, the famous payment application needs to follow the dark theme of fashion, as Google has already implemented it in several of its applications. The dark mode is really useful during use at night, as it reduces eye strain to a great extent. With that in mind, Google finally started beta testing the dark mode in its payment application, which is basically controlled by the system’s theme options. In other words, you wouldn’t be able to see any options in the app to change the theme.

As expected, the long-awaited dark theme for Google Pay will be available to all users in a few weeks or more. However, only devices with Android operating system 10 or higher with system theme settings are compatible with this dark mode. One more thing to note is the Go India events section, which still appears on the light theme and therefore needs to be worked on in the near future.

If we talk about the American version of the Google Pay app, the app already maintains the possibility to change the theme to dark mode. But, there is minimal variation between the Indian and American versions in terms of user interface elements.

To wrap things up, although you can’t find the updated dark-themed app on the Play Store, if you want the material faster, make sure you sign up for the beta program.
