Doogee introduced its new Doogee V40 Pro in October 2024, which is expected to create a bridge between a rugged phone community and performance enthusiasts. A front display of a 6.78-inch IPS LCD FHD+ resolution panel with 120Hz refresh rate houses corning gorilla glass protection. Like most of the Doogee phones, it offers IP68 and IP69K water and dust resistance, MIL-STD-810H complaints, and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. A secondary 1.47-inch display appears on the back panel near the camera module.

The phone features the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset based on the 4 nm architecture. It has an octa-core processor that can reach 2.5GHz cloaking speed with the Mali-G615 MC2 GPU. The software interface comes with the Android 14 OS out of the box and various customization attributes. In terms of storage and RAM, the phone supports 16GB RAM and 512GB storage capacity with a dedicated MicroSD card slot.

A stunning quad camera setup of 200MP primary, 8MP telephoto, 20MP night vision, and 8MP ultra-wide appears on the primary camera island with a 32MP selfie camera on the front. The phone delivers up to 4K@30fps with gyro-EIS videos with the main camera island and 1080p videos with a selfie lens. Furthermore, the phone provides a 33W wired and reverse charging for a massive 8680mAh battery. In terms of price, the Doogee V40 Pro can be purchased at $299 (Rs 25,230 in India) approximately in Blue and Silver paint jobs.
